There are so many of them... (more than listed) I mostly only watch those with my favourite idols on them so can't really say that I like the show only. :P
But... these are my favourites (not in any specific order):
-Star King (Lets face it, this show is the variety)
-Oh! My School (Shame it was destroyed at the end by switching MCs and format and then stopped complitely)
-Sesame Player (MBLAQ was epic and INFINITE was cute)
-SHINee Hello Baby (Epic, couldn't watch the other Hello Baby seasons after this)
-Shin PD's variety show (It was fun as long as it lasted... )
-Love Letter (Really old but a few years ago I watched most of the episodes/seasons that were up and subbed on Youtube)
-Idol Army (Funny)
-Idol Maknae Rebellion (Cute maknaes.. what can I say :P)
-Wild Bunny (2PM show, I can't really remember much. I should watch Real 2PM too...)
-We Got Married season 1 (First pairs were so epic but later on new pairs were just boring and I didn't bother to watch the season 2 at all)

I'm new to Korean variety but I've already made my personal rule if it has Yoo Jae Suk it's watchable to awesome if it doesn't it sucks so my favorites are
Running Man- okay this one's really more a group effort for me but still
Happy Together 3
Family outing
and I haven't seen them but based on my personal rule
: Infinite Challenge
Yoo Jae-seok & Kim Won-Hee's Come to Play
and whatever else he's been in

There is a new variety show and I just saw the first one here in California. It is a Korean show full of well known actors and comedians. I think Kang Dong (?) is the principal MC. They had Lee Seo Jin as first guest. this was the funniest show which made me laugh even tho I don't understand Korean Language. All the guys were laughing and almost could not talk at times so I gues it is really funny. There is a short English sub which helps.
It is called 'Moonlight Prince'. Idea seems to be that they are all given a book to read. when they come to the show they have questions to answer. Guest should try and get all answers right and then money for each correct answer is given to a charity of their choice.
I enjoyed it and I hope it will become a regular. Did anyone else see this? Seo Jin really interesting and talked a lot about himself and his father and being in boarding school in US. Really tough father !

Well so much for Moonlight Prince. It left or changed or maybe it's just vanished into thin air.
Latest one that I really enjoyed is on Sunday night and is called 'Sunday Night'. Has about half a dozen first rank actors bringing their children on a trip into the Korean countryside. Mostly boys about eight to ten maybe and one girl. They eat and sleep in odd places out on farms and it looks mighty cold some weekends. Those children are just lovely. A couple of them will obviously end up as well knowns later on as they grow.
It is funny and affectionate and the fathers are so good with their children. I think it must be doing well in Korea since it has been shown on several other interview shows lately.
It's a bit like a junior '2D1N' show. I hope it keeps going.
