I just wanted to know what nationality you all are as this site is a multicultural site so i was just wondering and state the languages you can talk in..
I'm British Chinese and can talk Hakka, some Cantonese (i can listen but not talk so well) and so little phrases of Mandarin, English and the basics of French and German.

I did a little bit of research but can you tell me the differences and attractions of each? They seem so similar!!!

Well it was a school night and i couldn't get to sleep because it was just the first day of school and it was the end of the holidays, and it was about 11.00pm at night and so i thought i'd go downstairs and have a drink. Well here i am walking downstairs and i find my mom watching this drama on a chinese channel called PCNE and i just walked past and poured myself a drink of water, i look at the television again and then i just sorta stood there rooted to the spot because the drama was really interesting and really good. I found out it was called Stairway to Heaven and always every night on the weekday watched it and i was getting addicting with the good acting and good storyline. I didn't know it was a korean drama until i found out later on since it was spoken in mandarin chinese But i was sad at the end.
But i wasn't addicted to dramas fpr some reasons, it probably took about 5 korean dramas to make me addicted lol but i'm addicted to taiwanese dramas aswell.

I'm full bloodedly (is that how you say it?) Hmong, and there doesn't seem to be a lot of us on d-addicts. but its interesting to find out about so many mixed nationalities! I was born in the USA but my dad was born in Laos. Its so fun watching him speak Laotian(no offence because i wanna learn the language too) and my mom was born in the USA.
I can speak Hmong, English and a little Spanish (just the basic conversation and what nots) , currently learning chinese (Mandarin) and Korean
Reading Hmong is ok but writing it is terrible. I can only spell 3 words in hmong!!! my parents make fun of me everytime there's hmong writing somewhere and asks me to read it. But when it comes to spanish, i get my revenge!!!!

I'm from Hungary (Central-Europe just in case
)
I speak (and write) English and better Spanish (I lived a couple of months in Spain)
I learned 8 years Latin in high school and I would like to learn Japanese.
It's amazing that the community contains so many nationalities
