A DEDICATION TO LEE DONG WOOK.
BASIC SYNOPSIS :
Eun-joo and Dong-wook have been together eversince that time he stumbled
upon her sneaking a smoke behind the building in high school. Now they're
living their dreams in America with her being a highly sort for model, venturing
into an acting career. Whilst he followed his late father's footsteps, and is now
a well respected barrister, working for Mega-corporation Tak-Yoon with branches
in America and across Asia.
Tak-Yoon's Korean branch is managed by Mr. Han In-soo, uncle to Jeong-hoon to
whom he treats even better than his own son. Jeong-hoon's friendship with
Dong-wook started off with an after-school fist fight, when Dong-wook discovered
Jeong-hoon had been dating his sister (Eun-seong) who was 8 years their junior.
Now they're only two weddings away from domestic perfection with Dong-wook's
mother treating Eun-joo and Jeong-hoon as already part of the family. But as Dong-
wook is working on buying over Mr. Cheon Ho-jin's company, things go strangely
askew. He fights with Eun-joo over something trivial and takes time away from her
to be spokesman at a careers forum sponsored by his company at Harvard University.
Ji-hye was sent to live with relatives in America whilst she underwent a series of
heart surgeries at the age of six. She has made it her home, away from home and
not returned to Korea since learning that her father had remarried.
Amidst the perfect weather of early Autumn and bustling campus grounds, two
troubled strangers find solace in silent company at a cafe patio.
Sudden news of her father's bankruptcy and illness brings her home to Korea where
fueled with vengeance, she joins Tak-Yoon corp; to take back everything that they
owed her father.
