Are you sure that's the name of the program? I did a search through Google and the only similar program was called "Subtitles Translator" and the latest version is v1.72. Do you know who wrote this software?

Hopefully, this is the one you're looking for. Was pretty hard to find. Had to use multiple search engines. I download it and forgot the original link so I will use YouSendit to host for now. Get it fast since you only have 7days or 100downloads before it expires.

Well I can't find the 2.0 version. Only the 1.7.2.48 is available at CNET's download.com.
