the explanation is there in the show.. it's just that it seems they screwed up on the dubbing or the editing resulting in him calling her "Long Er" when he shouldn't have, or "gu gu" when he shouldn't have.. I noticed it as well.. among other things.. felt it was one of the more minor issues..

I wonder..... IF a special uncut edition is actually released (hoping!) in the future.. where and to whom will it be released? I ask because people have mentioned another edition of TLBB, and honestly.. I haven't seen, nor found a different version of it anywhere... so if it's limited or only in a certain location.. it would mean the rest of us are out of luck.

I checked that site on a daily basis until march 17 and I never saw the clip mentioned.. dunno..

Duke of Mount Deer is next! Yang Mi(Guo Xiang) will be one of the 7 wives. ZJZ will ask LYF again to be this series. He asked her once but she refused to be in it because of her busy schedule. HXM is one of the singers. There are also Zhang Ji Zhong (the ROCH producer), Zhou Hua Jian, Hu Jun, and Xiao Cong.

awww... i was hoping that she would be Zhao Min.

would be a nice change for her...it's a different kind of role...she never had that bubbly/outgoing role for her...the only time was in chinese paladin...the first two epsides...she was great doing it too.

however, ZJZ really like Yang Mi as Guo Xiang...and Guo Xiang is much similiar to Zhao Min's characteristics...so most likely Yang Mi will take the lead because she has experience in it.

that way you already have the ep so all you need is the subs, when the subs comes out just rename the file to be the same and play it in windows media classic or realplayer 10.

how do you know it's the complete version? if it is in rmvb, then it's completed? or how long is the run time, 'cause i think i can try to find it

the version have 41 episode (around 47min/episode, including the beginning and
end credit)
don't know if that's the uncut version
because teh uncut subtitle only have 40 episodes......

There are actually 2 Chinese DVD versions
14 disk version and a 8 disk HDVD version. I can tell you, contrary to the description on the Tigercool site, that the 14 disk version has 41 episodes and probably same as the US contents. I can't say for the 8 disk version tho ...

If my hands and eyes could talk they'd be huffing and puffing right now. I have not dared to wade through 70 posts in a long time for a drama! Lucky for me that I have not seen the predecessors of ROCH and others like it. This production (2006) is wonderful! I felt like I lost a few hours sleep because of thinking about what will happen after watching the 3 subbed episodes. Thank you for the hardwork of the subbers and those who contributed the dvd rips. Also, count me in as a Liu Yi Fei fan in ROCH. I think she's perfect

I think the contents for 14 disks and 8 disks are the
same
just the quality different....

someone from asked the costumer service in a site (similar to yesasia)
and they reply that a full version maybe release next month or the end of this month
and the person asked this question on 2006-03-24 09:26:12

And is the version from the bbs link (TSKS - tsxz.com - the version crazylife uses) the Mainland version (contrary to what dan99 said)?

Because the Tai Seng version that Binky has BOUGHT is different from the one crazylife uses.

but the problem is. I watch up to 20, the subtitle is matching
but I have total of 41 epsiode compare to 40 epsiode...

If the poem at the beginning of epi 01 is missing, you got the Tai Seng version.
