Which team are you talking about? I suggest you download both versions of subs and see if the translations vary much or not.zeuxism wrote:oh my, my friend gave me a copy of epi 1 & 2 softsubbed by another team. Wonder if the translations do vary much.
Ahh, i'll just dl all. The files are really big and come up to more than 700mb including the .srt ones.
Yeah could anyone also tell me if the Sub packs work with the other video versions? aka. 350mb / 700 mb. i just want to know so that if it happens to work for both version, ill might as well get the 350 thankskookoo wrote:hi i was wondering is there a difference between the soft subs for high quality episodes and medium quality episodes. or can you use the soft subs for any version.

I'll upload hardsub 350mb file on megaupload soon.
The subs above for Ep.1 work perfectly with 350mb version. But the sub released for the current Ep.2 did not synch properly with 350mb. The sub team who did the Ep.2 used 700mb to do the timing...so ya...only subs release by bummie and the team @ soompi sync well with 350mb.zgnoud wrote:Yeah could anyone also tell me if the Sub packs work with the other video versions? aka. 350mb / 700 mb. i just want to know so that if it happens to work for both version, ill might as well get the 350 thankskookoo wrote:hi i was wondering is there a difference between the soft subs for high quality episodes and medium quality episodes. or can you use the soft subs for any version.

you need winrar program to unzip the files into an avi file. Rar breaks down the file size.MuSiC_RoCkz wrote:Can anyone teach me how to watch rar. video like using which player so i can watch it... i used Bsplayer to watch but cant... i used mediaplayer can't too... so can any one tell me which player to use so i can watch a rar. video
Megaupload only allows up to 250mb upload for free. The file is 350. I split the avi file in 2 with winrar

ClubBox
Can someone tell me how to use Club Box. I've DL the software but I don't read Korean so I don't know which of the icons is the DL button for the movies. When I click on the dark blue button with the arrow, it has me DL the software again. I can't set up an acct either. I tried but I think I'm getting an error message.

wow.. i just started watching this . it seems promising, usually i go for comedies, but i d/ed this cuz of Rain . It's cute that he's always sucking a lollipop. i thought he was smoking from the pics.. LOL.. it cracked me up when i saw him trying beat ppl up while sucking a lollipop.
it's also funny how everyone seems to be in love with him
it's also funny how everyone seems to be in love with him
I've watched the first 2 episodes and so far I'm not impressed with the drama, ...mainly due to the poor narrative and samey samey characterization (esp the CEO character..). I hardly know what's going on half the time leaving me feeling confused, the opening credits appear 20 minutes into the drama? I don't know if that's intentional or whatever.
I'm not fond of the actress Shin Min Ah at all, I don't have a particular 'favourite' korean actress so I'm saying this unbiasedly - shes unappealing, not charming (the classic "I'll kill you *cue threatening fist*" was dealt with so monotonously) and I found her acting skills not that great..she's rather annoying too. I actually have no sympathy or care of what happens to her character at all and as the main female protagonist I think she is very weak in carrying the role. Good gosh when shes crying on the steps I just wanted to throw a huge hanky over her head and tell her to shut up. I know its not her fault but her character of the 'poor little princess' whos famous but is suffering from some tortured lost love is just really irritating, and sorry to bash again (^__^)"" but SMA makes that role twice as annoying. I feel another more talented actress may have been able to make this character more appeasing.
I also feel that the storyline of why Bokgu wants to take revenge and the reasons why is really weak. It should be more hard hitting and leave an impact as to why he'd want to take such measures in the first place rather than {spoiler} being dumped because you're a growing star(which is what he believes) ..it just seems too superficial for such a "dark" drama.
The PD has incorporated too many arty scenes also which I think ruins the feel of the drama, some of the shots and photography is nice, (I liked the opening sequence) but the jagged jumpy shots here and there just make the narrative a zillion times messier.
Possible Spoiler****
ALSO the scene in episode 1 with regard to the brother falling off the building seemed almost ridiculous even though it should have been quite a shocking and emotional moment, after all this is why Bi is gettin all angry in the first place! I was also confused as to the relationship between the two brothers, one minute Bi's character is absolutely hating his brother, bitterly saying that he never wants to see him again...the next..hes sharing a beer after 10 years of hate, the relationship seemed to be amended all too easily. I thought the older brother kicked him out of his life and yet when they were reunited..all was forgotten but in an emotionally unrealistic way. I'm not Bi bashing but I feel this might have been due to his acting, its ambiguous in a negative way, throwing confusion (esp the scene at the hospital when he was ready to spit at his brother???!?!) when shouldn't his reaction be thinking "why the hell did you **refer to spoiler above**"
and....also..another thing that bugged me was the way the CEO and Eunsuk drama is playing out...for want of another word - just stupid. I think Lee Ki-woo is a very good actor but again its that SMA chick that just ruins the plot with her amateur acting and how the situation doesn't seem to be believable at all. In the "pirate filming" of them two she's blatantly showing discomfort yet its easily accepted at the announcement of their engagement???!?!?!? whhhhhhhhaaaaaaat? It just seems the usual, lets throw a filthy rich arrogant but wants a challenge type in as a quick way of complicating the plot and gettin SMA's character a bodyguard.
Some good though - I like the OST, I like the BGM, some of the shots are nice. Plus, it might get better, after all MiSa's first few episodes weren't all that great.
Although I read on soompi that this series is going to be 20 episodes long...I sense a lot of tedious misunderstanding ahead.
Feel free to correct or explain anything that would help this drama make more sense to me.

Yea i totally agree with you, also there is moments that seem to linger. This drama isn't too bad, but there is many points that need justitfication. Also when Bi becomes a bodyguard moved way too fast. Things just seem to happen lol, doesn't make too much sense. Ah wellz will have to see what happend to keep going on.jellybean wrote:I've watched the first 2 episodes and so far I'm not impressed with the drama, ...mainly due to the poor narrative and samey samey characterization (esp the CEO character..). was it really that bad?.. well now that you pointed it out, it seems a bit choppy, but when i watch this drama, i tend to skip a lot of scenes. Sometimes i get the ppl confused. I guess a lot of it seems a bit unbelievable. Bi just happened to get the bodygaurd position for the actress... and how does someone accidently fall down a building?

Feel free to correct or explain anything that would help this drama make more sense to me.
that scene made me laugh, he probably was so shocked that he didnt realize what he was doing and that he wanted to reach out to her but its still pretty fake. It wouldve been much better if he ran outside and try to find her, he sees someone that he thought was her across the street, he wants to talk to her so he runs across the street but was tragically hit by a passing car, kang boku(bi) who was running after his brother witness the whole situation and coincidentally at that moment he sees the female lead and the rich guy pass by in a car.
I just finish watching ep.4 and i LOVE the fact that the KISSING SCENE was so hot b/w Bi and Shin Min Ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FINALLY BI is showing that he can do kissing scene again!
Cuz the one in full house was.....ehhhhh...and the one in SangDoo was pretty good....but this one was just HOT HOT HOT!!!!!!!!!
*EDIT*
OMG! IT just came to mw WHY Bok-Gu kissed eun sok like that!!!!!
I was so confused on why....but while i was typing the above and then re-watched it 1 more time......it came to me!!!! Halloluya!!!
Bok-gu kissed eun sok like that to stop her hik-ups that she had all day, ever since the filiming which brought back her bad memories from childhood.
HOW CLEVER!! Mad props to the scipt-writer!!!!!!!!

He probably watched Full House and was disappointed on himself. Have to admit...the kissing scene was good between Bi and Shin Mina.msjang wrote:I just finish watching ep.4 and i LOVE the fact that the KISSING SCENE was so hot b/w Bi and Shin Min Ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i like your idea, but i think that if Kang Min gu (the brother) runs across the street and gets hit by a car, that is gonna to too typical of a storyline, so i think the script-writer wanted to come up with something interesting, but i guess that it was too abnormal, for it to be realistic.lasusal wrote:that scene made me laugh, he probably was so shocked that he didnt realize what he was doing and that he wanted to reach out to her but its still pretty fake. the site requires me to login now...it didn't last time..i've been downloading eps 1-4 without having to login... T___T
anybody else have this problem?
Oh...I understand what you're going through...seirin wrote:I had to add a login to protect the box. I might get it opened on mon-wed. well..hopefully they won't notice your clubbox then ^^;;
thx for providing us with Juksa though...we appreciated it...especially those who don't have access to Korean TVs...
But just a question: How do they ban cb ?seirin wrote:I had to add a login to protect the box. I might get it opened on mon-wed. They gave CB a warning to remove all their station clips. So if CB catches anyone with those station files, they will first give you a warning, if they catch u with it again, they clear your box. Also you might get into legal lawsuits maybe...leestern wrote:But just a question: How do they ban cb ?seirin wrote:I had to add a login to protect the box. I might get it opened on mon-wed. Yeah, I agree. The overall mood is so depressing. But I guess that's just why I like it so much, lol. That scene was SO unexpected I think everyone had to watch it a few more times.xKiMix wrote:I love this drama!!! Its so interesting!! Well then again anything with Bi is interesting. I also finished watching episode 4 and i thoughtAm i the only one thinking this?? Either way I love it! I'm soooo excited for the episodes to come!!
I'm only sticking to this drama because I hate to not finish what I start. This drama is kinda overly dramatic to me. That kinda leads me to also believe that this drama will end tragically, if not dramatically. I'm also not feeling the actress... she's believable but I don't connect with her as I did with SHK in Full House. OH, does anyone else notice how they're totally showing Bi off-- his muscles, body when it's sweating, lips, tounge, etc.? He's totally eye candy for the female viewers! I'm sure a lot of you girls don't mind, but I'm not finding him attractive, although I do think his singing is sexy. (sorry, i digress)
The drama's emotional and I feel like they're dragging it on and on, which is why I kinda don't want to keep watching it, but the ending has me hanging on. Anyone else feels this way or maybe I'm alone on this?

It's been disappointing so far.
I've decided to stop downloading this drama. It's like the writer really has nothing to say.
I wasn't a big fan of "I'm sorry, I love you," either. The main problem has to do with conflict.
There isn't a well defined dramatic conflict which is "the soul" of soap operas in general.
There isn't a well definded good guy/bad guy, everyone is kind of murkey and so is this drama. It's sort of like everyone is stuck in mud and can't move. Also, there is no plot.
I'm enjoying "Pheonix," and "Super Rookie."

Don't know why so many people are comparing SMA with SHK. They're so different. Look at the roles that they play, lol.ladyfoxx wrote:I'm only sticking to this drama because I hate to not finish what I start. This drama is kinda overly dramatic to me. however im gonna continue, coz i hope not to miss a good drama, if it turns out to be one.. we can all decide that after the series end.
one thing i dun like is that the misunderstanding is not cleared, makes me feel so..
waiting for dat turning pt ep
well, just to clear up what' I'm saying: I connect more, meaning I can relate more to SHK than SMA. I'm not comparing them to each other actually cuz that's obviously wrong.mangosteen wrote:Don't know why so many people are comparing SMA with SHK. They're so different. That keeps happening to me to, r u sure that you downloaded both programs, because one of them is the clubbox setup and then theres another one. After i downloaded both of them it started to work just finevangpire wrote:Thanks for the clubbox links! Is anyone having problems with clubbox? It won't let me DL.
