Hi I found a site called 'acgnx'. Looks like an exact match to Nyaa as far as content is concerned. Design is different though. Give it a try as I did.

That site has been around for a while. What's posted at Nyaa is automatically listed there. If you can't access Nyaa, then Acgnx is an option.
