Looking for subtitles for Teacher's Suitcase, Sensei no kaban, My Teacher's Briefcase (2003)

I am currently reading the book and have managed to locate a copy of the subject movie, which unfortunately does not come with subtitles.

Since it's a rather old movie, I suspect that there are subtitles out there, although my search so far has been futile.

I was wondering whether anyone could point me in the right direction?
