Nodame Cantabile is one of the great, original dramas this past decade.

I dont think Nodame is a original drama.

I dont think Nodame is a original drama.

I think he meant the story line is. I myself believe it is a good drama. Lots of weird slap stick humor but over all it is good seeing how these two develops feelings for each other through music. I don't know why anyone would say it's crap.

If thats the case then yeah i agree but as an drama its kinda hard to say its original since its adapted from a manga.

Aren't almost all dramas adapted from manga nowadays? And aren't most/all movies adaptations from books, history etc.?

In that case, pretty much nothing is original.

From a drama standpoint, Nodame IS original... In approach, style, and creativity.

Actually dramas have always originated from books. As long as the story book is original then the drama itself is original.

I really like Shihori Kanjiya. She looks very nice and sweet. When I was recently looking for something related to her on D-A, she was mentioned in a thread about ugly actresses. Haters gonna hate.
