HDTV ? problem ?

Hie

I tried downloading Chosun Police and Secret Investigation Record
but could not watch it. Example :

[D-A] Secret Investigation Record.E12.101029.HDTV.H264.450p-CHAN.avi

I'm using Windows Player.

This is the first time I've come across such a problem. Appreciate someone could help me w this.
