Audio Leveling in WinAmp

Post by Keiko1981 » May 28th, '10, 14:57

Is there any way I can get an even sound in WinAmp (version 5,552) when playing songs that have different bitrate?

I found this solution about Automatic Audio Leveling using Replay-Gain.
The bad thing about it is that it change the metadata of the audio files.
Any suggestions of some good media player to use if you've got a big audio collection?

I used a prog called MP3Gain which performed this function but didn't change any metadata. You could check it out.
