Touya, any chance there will be English subs for the two Ju Jin Mo series? What is the word on Bichunmoo? A friend told me recently that no TV stations have picked it up because it is too expensive. Hope that is not the case. In any event, maybe Yesasia will release there .... I'm still hoping for an English subbed Punch.

Thanks for the updates, Touya. Is there really gonna be an All In 2?? If so, it's the first K-drama sequel I've ever heard of. There were many loose ends in All In's plot, so a sequel would be good. Both LBH & SHG would have to be in it though, to make it complete.Touya wrote:updated july 12th
So far The Story of the First King's Four Gods & Seo Dong's Song seem the most interesting.
yeah, Seo Dong's Song is a drama that's been hyped up since the announcement of the fact that the makers of Dae Jang Geum were doing itJannah wrote:Thanks for the updates, Touya. Goong!
So the cast is definite?? NOOO, that guy in that picture doesn't look cute at all. And it is quite fast, I would expected it to be around Fall or something. As my friend says, there are lots of cute Korean guys, why pick that one!! *cries* The girls are okay, though, I would prefer a different girl as well. I know NO one's names, hahaskyami0830 wrote:omg!!dennis oh i can't wait to see him...in that drama>_<

and i think YEH looks OK as chaegyung now let's wait on how her acting will turn out to be
This pic makes the cast seem perfect for the drama. ^^;
I still think Lee Yeong Eun is the best choice for the role of Chae-gyeong >.<

its not a movie, its a drama callled goong..(otherwise known as "palace")dan12 wrote:what movie is that of the 4 people up there and when is it comin out
and touya, i agree with you T_T lee young eun looks so much better for the role. she has more of the air of chaekyung. i can't see yoon eun hae as chaekyung. the air of her personality and her looks just don't match chaekyung's character...T_T
well, i'm gonna watch it happily anyway because its one of my favorite manhwas..
i wanna see how closely they follow it and stuff. but 20 episodes seems a little short i guess they're stopping at the first few volumes of the manhwa?

Sekai no Chuusin de, Ai wo Sakebu.lilyella wrote:it's a movie. i think it is being shown in Korea right now.chomania1986 wrote:What about the new drama w/ Song Hye Kyo that starts this month?
"My Girl and I" ? Or sth. like that...
Any more info on that? Is it going to be a romantic comedy or a sad love story?

Bae Yong Jun will be making another TV series soon. He said that his fee was 3 million Taiwan dollar equivalent per episode but the industry expert said that it was more like one third of that amount only. Nevertheless it is still a high amount.
The news reported that Bae's fees are 2 million approximately. Big stars who makes series do not get as much as in the movies but when you add up the episodes and the bonus from overseas distribution royalties, it is quite substantial. At the moment, Lee Young Ae has the highest fee of 1 million Taiwan dollar.
In the meantime, Kim Hee Sun has announced that she would make the May series called Crazy Love Song. The investment is 10 million Korean Won and they would film in Firenze, Japan and Korea. This would become the standard for many Korean dramas.
