according to what i found online, the song is 完美世界 (Perfect World) by 水木年华.

sorry, i don't know much about them. from this wiki article, it seems that they're a group from china. it doesn't seem like they have an english name, but you can search using the pinyin, which is Shui Mu Nian Hua. (of course, if you're searching at baidu, you'll need to use the chinese characters.
