It's kind of Auburn colour but can also be called Red as it is the same colour as my daughters'.

if you took the picture to your hairstylist they have a color chart
just show your stylist your picture and they should be able to dye your hair for you. :)

Or go to a paint shop and have them take a color sample of the photo. They can tell you the exact amount of cyan, magenta and yellow, as well as the actual name of the shade, by using a computer with a color scanner.

I'd call this shade "Using bleach on true Oriental hair and chickening out out after 15 minutes" :P Seriously, even if your hairdresser succeeds in matching the color, prolly won't look the same on hair with different texture.

I just don't understand what the hell is wrong with black hair, and why people don't like having the same hair color as everyone else.

he just dyes his hair with a dark brown or brown color
the redness is natural if your hair is made up of warm colors
even then it might not look the same depending on the lighting
but you wont know until you try

oh yeah and dont use ash hair colors which cancel out the natural redness

it's like Lindsay Lohan's hair color.. uhmmm, I think it is auburn... Auburn is one of her many hair color, hehe.. You know, they are star in Hollywood...
