Question about Ame Talk

Is anyone familiar with that Japanese variety show (Ame Talk, aired on TV Asahi)? Can somebody tell me a little bit about its format? I really need to know for a research I'm doing on Japanese television but the thing is, I do not speak Japanese (which makes the entire research much more difficult) and it's almost impossible to find info. in English. So I would really appreciate any help.

アメトーーク! is 雨上がり決死隊's talk show. It's short for アメ(雨)トーーク(talk). They have themes every week. They invited guests who have common ground at first. They also invited guests at the same company. Now, it's the guest bring they own plan to the show.
