I even liked her in the sort of schizo role she got in Seijkei Bijin as the lovesick step sister.

I would definitely support Abe Hiroshi. I have admit though, he's one of the more overlooked actors yet he does a good job in every drama I've seen him in.

Konishi Manami is hot but she never gets the lead role, always a supporting role...and people only know her because she looks good...haha.

Same with Nana, she's hot but I haven't seen much of her work.

I don't even know who the first guy is, I had Casshern but the 3hours turned me off and I got rid of it. Still waiting for Nana though.

That's the perfect thread to pimp my favorite japanese actor, Ryo Katsuji (19), who is definitely neglected.

He 's been in a lot of movies and doramas, but it's only in 2005 that he got really interesting roles which made his acting skills stand out.

He was in Aegis, a so and so movie with Hiroyuki Sanada.It earned him very good reviews and a nomination to the japanese academy awards in the rookie of the year category.

He was last seen as Inumura Daikaku, one of the eight warriors, in Satomi Hakkenden.

He's a very beautiful boy, which doesn't ruin anything

actually Tsukamoto is in Kekkon Dekinai Otoko with Abe Hiroshi this season. I've seen him in other dramas and thought he's a pretty good actor. but yeah too bad he was always in a smaller role.

Have you ever watched a drama and wanted to watch it again, but you forgot the name of the drama? Or did you catch some it on TV and manage to miss the credits? If that sounds like the case, then this thread is for you. There are no guarantees, but hopefully one of your fellow Chinese drama fans may be able to help you out.

Here are a few tips on what to post if you can:
1. The plot - describe as much as you can, and be as specific as possible.
2. The name in another language
3. The names of any of the actors. Or maybe you don't know the name, but maybe you've seen them in some other drama.
4. Post a picture
5. The place of origin (China, HK, Taiwan, Singapore); and perhaps the station it aired on
6. Ancient or modern
7. Name of theme song (i know it's a long-shot, but still...)
8. Year of production, or maybe decade, if it's older
9. Any other information that may be helpful.

i was wondering if there really is a glass slipper 2? i watched it about a year or two ago. where glass shoes 1 is about 2 sisters, the one i watched was about 2 best friends. guys were the leads here. and i don;t even know the names of these 2 guys! what i remember is kim min was the other girl in this series. her adoptive father was jang yong who plays a glass factory owner.

i hope somebody can help me with this.....anywhere i search i couldn't find this series..... was wondering if i just imagined it....or if they just entitled it glass shoes 2 to confuse people.....btw this is a korean series....

yes, you can ask for it. usually you make such requests in the Seeding and Uploading forum. however, many chinese series are available from other sources and are already on different trackers. thus, people do not upload them here. that's why you can go to the thread that i posted earlier and find the links to many series that you will not see uploaded here. i already checked, and i believe Kai Lien has posted a link to btchina for Proud of Twins. so just do a search as i indicated and you should be able to find it. if you do not read chinese, you can still use btchina. you can check out a small tutorial i made that is on the first page of that same thread (you'll need to scroll down a little until you see the images) and that should help you find the place to click in order to download. and last tip...always get one file first to make sure that it is exactly what you want. hope this helped.

. . . about two months ago. I was traveling, and amused myself by watching TV in the evenings. I became addicted to a really fun ch-drama, which played on one of thestandard channels (I watched it from Hong Kong all the way to Beijing, though in Beijing for some reason the quality of the broadcast wasn't very good). Since I came back to Japan I've been trying desperately to find out what the title was, but with no success. This is my last hope for finding out what it was called . . .

Anyway, I'm ignorant as to major Ch actors and actresses, nor can I read Ch characters. However, I can describe the plot in detail:

It was a pseudo-historical drama. The main characters were three young men, all of whom appeared to be going to school, possibly at the Emperor's court. One was quiet and fairly serious but quite pretty (I nicknamed him "Legolas" as there was a certain resemblence there); he also happened to have mad kung fu skills. The second wasn't much of a fighter and wasn't quite as handsome, but was kind and funny (he was possibly the most "main" of the three). His father was apparently one of the two main advisors to the Emperor. The third was also pretty handsome but seemed to have some difficulties; when the other two both got paired off he ended up drinking alone (so sad!).

There were also two young women who were main characters. The first generally wore her hair in pigtails and was taciturn to a comical extent; she had crazy mad kung fu and ended up with guy #1 (Legolas). The second was also the most "main" character; she often wore pearls in her hair, tended to be a little silly and comical, and was kinda bratty at times, but had a good heart and was quite pretty (obviously she ended up with guy #2, but she fell for Legolas first).

I saw a number of episodes. In one, Legolas accidentally discovered some sort of seal or money concealed in a drum; guy #2's father was accused of stealing said stuff and hiding it there (?), and he, guy #2, and guy #2's entire family were imprisoned while their friends outside tried to prove their innocence. In another episode, guy #2 had to help a woman he was friends with (she was sick), but as he was worried about what girl #2 would think (they had become an item), he tried to do so secretly. Naturally she found out, and they fought, and it took the combined efforts of Legolas, girl #1, and guy #3 to get them back together and properly married.

Please help me! I've looked everywhere for information on this drama and I haven't turned up anything at all . . .

Almost like a gazillion years ago, I had borrowed this I think cdrama from my aunt and it was really really cool. I never got to watch the end of it though because she didn't own it. And well, I really really want to watch it again but I don't remember the actors, I don't remember the name of the drama, or anything. But these are the things that i do remember:

It's set in Ancient period. There's this set of twin girls who were separated at birth and they were taken away by a guy who ended up becoming blind. He lost one of the girls who ended up being raised by the person who was going against the guy.

The twins had a sort of tattoo or mark on their arm that was etched on them when they were a kid.

There's this scene, I think, where one of the female characters has some sort of disease that makes her face all deformed and stuff, and she needs some sort of blood transfusion so the blind guy does it by slitting his wrist and putting it up against her slit wrist, and hanging himself upside down to push his blood into hers while her blood drains.

One of the female characters' weapon of choice is one of those sewing/weaving metal devices that looks like this:

Or something like that, and it opens out to be like a fan.

And the two twins end up having to go against each other because the one growing up with the blind guy was raised in light of the good ways, while the other twin ws raised in accordance to the dark ways.

I wish I could be more descriptive. But I honestly don't remember much.

This show probably came out in the 90's, if not early 2000's I think. I'm not entirely sure. Eheh. But that's a guesstimate.

Anyone know this drama???? It would be wonderful if you could figure it out!

Ah yes, I posted a thread awhile back asking if anyone knows what this movie was called, but no one gave any hints, so I hope this thread might be able to help me.

Okay, everything is really blurry right now, except the main theme song. It was in Mandarin language, and the song's lyrics (English translated) went like this: Wooden pigeon, wooden pigeon...(Ni fu xi... ni fu xi - or something like that if my memory still serves me correctly) I forgot everything after that, I only remember the first four words and it went like that. And the movie depicted a love couple, and some scenes were filled with pigeons or at least pigeons were flying everywhere.

Okay, sorry but that's all I can recall. If anyone can help me with the name of that movie, I really appreciate it.

hii..i the drama that i am looking for is with ambrose hsu and a girl that sing...i think it was realeased a few years ago..i started to watch and from what i remember hes the manager of music company that she will enter

do you mean At The Dolphin Bay? it's with Ambrose and Angela Chang. if so, it is available for download here...just do a search for 'dolphin' in the torrent section.

but i dont know the name of this anymore...

im looking for that serie so long...its with Joey Yung and there was boy, who plays the piano or guitar???i was too little when my mum saw this serie, so it maight be that its very old...but i really really want to watch this serie!!!

I think the series u talking about is The Snow is Red which came out in 1996. It been a while i didnt watch this series so im not fully remember. But some of the description that u stated matched what i have remember.
