Hi minna, I don't know much about Keiko, just that I saw her in the jmovie, Sono Toki wa Kare ni Yoroshiku (this movie's really good btw!) and her hair was super-long in it. O_O
She's really cute... I kinda tend to mix her up with Saeko. *sheepish* She's also the one who appeared Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift right?

Yes. Keiko was in Tokyo Drift...she was Reiko-chan!

in Japanese, but there was also an English translation provided by the fans...

I hope too, that she will have a new blog especially that she's getting more recognized this year because of Mop Girl series and her commercials (NTT Docomo & Kanebo cosmetics Coffret D'or)....

Q. In what way are you going to "version up"?
I'm currently trying to make my work and studies coexist properly, but I don't seem to be moving forward. Without slacking off on either, this coexistence is pretty difficult. However, it looks like I'll be able to graduate next year. In what manner I will "version up" when I'm safely graduated is something I'm looking forward to.

Q What difficulties were there filming the CM?
Filming the CM for Coffret d'Or was my first, so I didn't know what about it may have been difficult (&#31505. However, as it was fresh personal experience I really enjoyed it.

Q. What are the charm points of your face?
Eeeh, I don't really know myself, but my eyebrows and ... nose maybe? Actually, when I was a child I hated my nose. But now it's been praised so often that I came to like it. That's why I think that any part is a charm point. To bring those out, and to show proper balance, isn't that what make-up is for?

Q. What do you think the Coffret d'Or naming?
The words have a lovely feel! It makes you sense the product's merit.

Q. What do you set out to do after this?
To be able to act together with my seniors in this CM was a dream come true for me. From this point on I want to strive to act together with many more wonderful people.

Hi, This is my first post and of course it had to be about my favourite actress.
I really love Keiko I think she's great in the series Mop Girl and of course she was great int the sailormoon Live-action.
It was a pitty that she couldn't had a more important part in the fast and furious but her work is progressing very well and her status is changing very rapidliy.
I enjoy watching mop girl it's very funny.

Watched dear friends a while ago..... I thought it was one of the worst movies i saw, the plot was pretty expectable and weak Acting wasn't good, perhaps it was the role, she seem to pull off the mop girl role much better. I guess i'm tired of the over use of the high school kid refinds herself plots. But oh well there was plenty of keiko's skin to keep me somewhat occupied

Definitely enjoyed/enjoying mop girl much more.

Also saw Mizu ni Sumu Hana, She was pretty/pretty creepy there :wub:but other than that, not that good of a movie either. Not sure if it was meant to be a thriller or a fantasy flick to be honest..

She's in heat island too, can't wiat for that dvd to come out.

Keiko Kitagawa plays female lead in "Handsome Suit"
Sun, March 9, 2008 (9:02pm EDT)

Actress Keiko Kitagawa has been chosen as the heroine in the comedy film "Handsome Suit," directed by Tsutomu Hanabusa. The movie is an adaptation of a book by writer Osamu Suzuki.

The story revolves around the unattractive Takuro (Muga Tsukagi), who is the chef and owner of a restaurant. He confesses his love to a beautiful part-time worker (Kitagawa), but she turns him down and leaves the store. However, Takuro later finds a magical suit that transforms him into a good-looking model (Shosuke Tanihara).

Kitagawa and Tanihara previously co-starred in TV Asahi's fall drama series "Mop Girl."

Filming started on the 3rd of this month and is scheduled to continue until early April. Theatrical release is slated for fall.
