need help with processes !!

hi everyone
How Are you all ??

about me,, I'm fine but I have a technical problem
I have HP notebook with windows vista home premium Edition
I want to install Adobe photoshop CS3 ME
But Internet Explorer is getting in my nerves
It wont stop and this wont help with installing PS
It also get repeated in the Process List and appears again even if I clicked on "End Process"

What Can I Do???
