Special Education Teacher - my caseload consisted of students with severe behavioural disorders (ODD, social personality disorders, etc.), verbal and nonverbal learning disabilities and mild intellectual disabilty and some are also diagnosed with mulitple designations as well. I handle a lot of paperwork, meetings with pyschologists, psychiatrists, social workers, children's aid workers, school administration and speech and language consultants and that's roughly 70% of my work and only 30% actual in classroom teaching.

Like GhstDreamer, I'm trained in special education. I taught at a private high school for students with language-based learning disabilities. Currently, however, I'm living and working in Japan as a high school English Teacher. I work at three high schools, one of which is high academic (the students prepare to enter prestigious universities), and two are vocational schools; an agricultural high school and a maritime high school. It's a really great job!
The worst job I ever had: a hotel "guest room attendent" aka maid. Awful. Oh, how I wish I could forget.
Job during college: Campus police dispatcher.

It's really fascinating when reading this thread. How people are working/studying so hard and aiming for their goals, planning on what to do afterwards and making a life. Wonderful..
I'm a first year student in Upper secondary school studying computer technology. Aiming to continue study in the technical university and.. get a job afterwards. Which job is a good unanswered question for now.

I like reading the "desired job" comments.
I'm glad not all of us are students. I feel comfort at reading similar ideas, thoughts, or situations. I appreciate this topic, thanks ,memory for starting the thread. It makes me want to ask further details on some of these jobs, like, what does a producer do?
Graduated May of last year. Currently dealing with unhappiness and office job alternatives.
Former job: Technical Writer
