Hi kali,
kali4niaguy wrote:Wolfsmond...what kind of excercises do u do to get those abs and chest? I'm not fat, but I do have a mini belly and I want to get rid of it. do u try to eat right also?
your nutrition is definitely the most important thing of all. To get an Six- or Eightpack, you first need to radically reduce your body fat (for example, I got a body fat percentage of 7% at the moment and I still want to reduce it a bit). This can only be achieved due to an diet, meaning that you need to eat less calories than you actually need per day.
When your body fat percentage has reached a good level (it should be at least 11%), you can start to build up your abdominal muscles. You can of course start earlier, but it is not neccessary. Your workout should not exceed 10 minutes, but it has to be very intense. For your muscles do only grow between the excercises, it is important that you give them an interval of at least 24 hours (so excercising every second day is a good decision).

Running, walking, swimming and every kind of stamina excercises do NOT improve anything. It is also not true that one can easily burn body fat by training his stamina. You can run for 24 hours, you won't have lost enough calories for two glasses of milk after that... What e.g. swimming or biking can do it that they accelerate your metabolism (means that you burn more body fat over a long period of time during sleep if you regulary train your stamina by running, swimming, walking etc.).

Well you ask me what excersises I do for my abdominal muscles:

- Reverse Curls (2x 20RP)
- Crunches (2x 20RP)
- Jackknifes (2x 20RP)

Every excersise is being made more intense due to the adding of additional weights (this is not neccessary at the beginning of your workout).

Hope I could help you.

yup go on a low carb diet.. easy.. yea running is a big help.... running in the cold is better helps burn fat faster.. most people think it doesnt but it realyl does cus ur body tries naturally to insulate heat.. and while u run it lets off heat so ur body produces more heat than usuall causing u to sweat more.. meaning burning more fat :)

That's wrong. I unfortunately don't have the right links for that in English, but I'm sure there are tons of English speaking websites that feature articles on that topic. Running doesn't burn fat.

Aloha folks. I just returned from Hawaii and while there I had the chance to meet up with jholic (and later ahochaude). jholic allowed me to post the pic on the condition that his head be replaced with his current idol, Mr. Densha Otoko. :lol Enjoy! :D

For those doubters, I did meet jholic, or at least someone who claimed to be jholic.

Next time I return to Hawaii, hopefully I will get a chance to meet more people from the islands.

I haven't checked the time in France, but I'm guessing it is close to 12AM, right?

Hum you're trying to speak french aren't you?

Ok so translate it: " c'est gentil de vouloir me parler en francais, j'ai assez bien compris. Et je ne dirai pas si j'ai un copain" :D

I bet gibonite is sleeping right now, it's getting pretty late now. Btw, she said that she appreciates your efforts of speaking french and she understands what you wrote. However, she won't tell whether she has a bf or not. :-) :-)

Edit: Pretty good looking gals out there  ~~~i'll post mine later on :P
