If you're 16 as your profile says, you might run into a few snags.

First the airline would probably need parental permission to allow you to fly alone. But then when you arrive in Japan, I'm not too sure what Immigration Inspector would say to a minor traveling alone.

You can get the movie (region free) off ebay.

I agree though, even though the drama is really really good, I've watch the movie many times over and enjoy the movie quite a bit, the movie tells the story in a good 2hr package that is just as powerful.
