Long Vacation and Beautiful life were the two dramas that got me started watching Jdoramas........As to the issue of smoking on screen, I just by coincidently re-watched "Engine"(2005) last night and Kimura Takuya didn't light up once while on screen...He did pop a cig in his mouth about a half a do...

Actually you are very perceptive, as many Asian Americans growing up in my generation did have a heavy dosage of Bruce Lee's movies...good to see that he still has fans from different generations. ...He was one of the very few Asian "Star" which we could emulate while trying to fit in this society. ...

I read in the newspaper about his death. I was really sadden with the news as he's was just a little bit older then me..as I grew up in California so I was aware of his existence as he was one of the very few Asian actors in the USA when I was growing up.Pat Morita was another one, plus the Japanese...
