LOL, reading your post, I was about to say Hotaru no Hikari, since I'd just watched that episode, but I see you already have that in screen shot #1. I agree, the mask humor shows up a lot (of course specific examples escape me at the moment), I'll try to remember this post the next time I see it used.

I have not seen many of her's, but in my quest to see stuff from Kudo Kankuro, I discovered her in Ganges Gawa de Butterfly, which got me to watch Proposal Daisakusen. Anyways, it is a two part special worth checking out, she is the lead of course. :)
