The canadian's scores were ridiculous. Miki Ando was arguably better and Mirai Nagasu was better, and her score being within shouting distance of Mao-chan was ridiculous.

I have to say, i was cheering for Mao-chan (my wife is japanese and we follow her closely) but I can't be upset if Mao-chan loses to Kim Yu-Na as that performance yesterday was just amazing. AMAZING. I was blown away...

i love it. the manga is great, but the movie adaptions are just ok. they are great if you LOVE death note, but as movies, they aren't anything special. i'd welcome a japanese remake.
