Just a couple ideas but no computer knowledge to back it up... I noticed that as soon as the 'Jdrama of the month' choices are announced, people start seeding to back up both choices right away, I guess their hope is that when the winner is announced that there will be a larger pool of seeds availab...

Yeah, I love Shibasaki Kou, did you see her in the movie Dororo? Another bizarro cinematic experience, I wondered how they could be so inventive and come up with so many weird demons, but I found later that many of those demon creations actually are part of Japanese lore, like inugami and that tree ...

Thanks for your recommendations rootabega, it's funny, I bought a copy of IWGP many years ago but couldn't get through it, the subs were probably awful. Because I had a dvd copy I never saw a well subbed version. Been meaning to try it again, I like the cast. Curious about your statement that you we...

I'm very partial to these quirky dramas, in no particular order: Yorozu Uranaidokoro Onmyouya e Yokoso Deka Wanko Kuitan GM Doctor Galileo Otenki Oneesan Hero Saiyuuki (with Eri Fukatsu) The ensemble work and comedic timing are great, I loved the direction and writing, when I watch these it's like I...

I did watch it after seeing Dororo, wanted to see them interact in a series, they were really good, I keep wondering if they'll be in anything upcoming... seems like so many of the stars that were big a couple of years ago have disappeared from view. Are they on vacation or what? I don't follow very...

Kou Shibasaki became a top favorite with me after I saw her in Galileo, and Tsumabuki Satoshi is so great in this role, Eita and the other actors are wonderful as well, oh I really wish they had made the Dororo sequel!!!

Well I don't know about now, but you might try ebay or Amazon. I bought the dvd when the movie first came out but gave it to my cousin a long time ago. Sadly they never made a sequel, it was an 'unfinished business' sort of ending (for me anyway). The lead actors/actresses were great.

The natto came in a frozen pkg with some mustard and sauce, but the taste was lacking something. Maybe it was too pre-packaged. I didn't know what shiokara was so I had to look it up

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiokara

Do they really eat it like that or do they mix it in with cooking food like fish sauce or oyster sauce? I could see using it as a seasoning or something. But the description doesn't sound very nice.
