Topic: How come we rarely see female Jmusic artists in Jdramas?

I thought his post was pretty concise. Moreover his posts are genuinely filled with content that gives me the impression he actually knows what he's talking about.

Anyway, I wouldn't mind seeing more female j-music artists in dramas as long as they have the chops to act.

While I respect the decisions of my parents, I'd have to decline. Their opinions have more weight to me than anyone else's but there comes a point where I draw the line. It's because they raised me so well that I am able to draw that line decisively, and with pride.

I'm thinking about this friend of mine who constantly swings by without calling, refuses to go home, and does nothing but complain. I love her to death, and I've told her all of the above, but she just doesn't seem to care.

My top ten massive turnoffs. Sorted in order of severity. 10. People with special dietary needs. *Yes, I think being a fruitarian/vegetarian/beanarian is really cute. But what? You think you're too good to eat what I eat? :glare: 9. People who breathe through their mouths.:cussing: *Honestly, if you...

Hmm, difficult question. Take whatever everyone thinks are the best three dramas, and for me those are the worst three. I'm going to be all non-conformist and cool. :P Joking aside Gokusen 2 was fairly meh. Then again I tend to forget the ones I really don't like, so I'm probably forgetting a worse ...

Yeesh. I've noticed a lot of hostility on this board from both sides of the whole "I liked it" and "I hated it" rift. Why don't we calm down a bit? Discussing it is fine. Believing in different things is also fine. However, putting forth your opinion and calling it fact is not fine. If you liked it,...

Hmm, I'm not too fond of the storyline myself. Uh oh, long winded response. I see your point of view, and I feel that it is very valid and justified. However, I do disagree on a few points. As for the timeline, I think the fairy has fairly solid control over preventing anything world altering from ...

Rei x Kenzo. I think. Though, my memory sucks, and I can't seem to find where I saw that in the episode :/ Edit-It shows it toward the end.

Fairytale endings aren't hip anymore. Everyone is into ambiguous, or extremely depressing endings these days, even when they don't fit the drama. :roll

I used to be sad and watching drama is as good as a daily happy pill. Ehm, I see the general wisdom in what you're saying, I really do. Friends can be wonderful, they can pick you up when you're feeling down and all that cliche jazz. Though, I think going out and looking for friends simply because ...

I am so extremely disappointed in Rei and Ken. Ken is slow, and emotionally closed off the minute he can really do something to change their relationship. He absolutely fails at expressing anything he's feeling other than pain. Rei, on the other hand, is just as bad. She seems as though she is, and...

I usually try to browse around and read the synopsis for all of the newer ones. If it sounds interesting I'll download it. From there if I like the acting of a particular person, or just the plot in general, I try to find other dramas that are similar. I'm not really into the whole "following a spec...

life does not always end good I've honestly gotten tired of all the various drama endings where they try to force an "everyone suddenly dies from a rare illness" ending because of some notion of being 'realistic'. Japanese dramas, no contest. I started out on Korean dramas but I really couldn't get into them. They really didn't spark much, if any, emotion in me.

I'm actually tired of seeing the same standard short hairstyles. I don't mind long hair on anyone as long as it's clean, and smells nice. On the other hand, bald men with thick beards are ftw.
