They Kiss Again-ISWK 2 [Eng Subs] (Ep 1-DROPPED)

Postby desiboy » Fri Dec 28, 2007 8:09 pm

We have decided to drop this project as we no longer have the translational staff to keep it up. This thread can be deleted by any admin and given to IFS if they so wish. Good luck to any subbing group that picks it up!

Synopsis

The sequel of It Started With A Kiss begins with Xiang Qin and Zhi Shu's wedding and honeymoon. Even after marriage, they experience problems and interferences within their marriage such as mistaken pregnancy, misunderstandings, and a run-in with a girl from Zhi Shu's past. Xiang Qin and Zhi Shu switch to medical school to become nurse and doctor. During that time, Zhi Shu meets new rivals who wish to outdo him and Xiang Qin makes four new friends, and one of them likes her and wishes to replace Zhi Shu.
How will their lives turn out to be?

You have to pay to download from that site.

I think there's a reason why D-Addicts has a tracker don't you think? :lol Besides, lots of people prefer BT over anything else lol. Since that ISWAK is quite popular, why not dump it on the tracker too? :|

Anyway, good job :thumright:

Being here for almost a decade, it is sad for me to see the torrent section goes.
I guess sometimes good things must come to an end :(

@jaejin.. the torrent link for the Ep1 was posted on TKA discussion thread & here it is again.. If someone can help the other who can't download from MU & upload it on d-addict tracker it'll be better..

mod edit: torrent link removed - torrents are not allowed on the forum

Thank you so, so much for the subtitles! You all are so awesome! ^_^

What's the difference between the "6th Sense version" and the "6th Feeling version"? Or are they the same?

It's the same thing. Just a translation quirk. 6th Sense/6th Feeling is written in Chinese normally as 第6感. 感 (gan) usually means "feel" but can be translated as "sense."

I will upload the first episode on the tracker later this night.

BUT, I cannot promise that I"ll upload the full series, since I'm not really too fond of XQ's idiocy (I'm actually purely watching it for... her idiocy :| )

Hey! Thank you so much for the great work on the subs! but I am having a problem... I'm familiar with subs and all that stuff since I watch alot of other series but no matter what I do, I can't seem to get these subs to work... I've redownloaded it several times and made sure the file names are the same but still nothing...

Am I doing something wrong this time round??

Thanks for the subtitles :3

Absinthe_Faerie: Check the name again (Cut and Paste so it can't be wrong), Make sure they are both in the same directory, Make sure you have the subtitle option selected on the codec/renderer (possibly player too)

blukyuu: Haven't used VLC in a while, but I remember one time that I had to manually select show picture for it to show up on one particular file type, Use a different player as suggest by littlemonkey_3000, Make sure the file download is complete (CRC check if possible)

And finally to both, a reboot sometimes gets rid of strange errors :whistling:

hi, i had the same problem as u did.
so do this. copy all the text in the subtitle file and then paste it on a new notepad then save it as .srt instead of .txt it should work

its weird cuz the file was already a .srt file.. but whatever as long as it works now :-)

Thanks fansubbers for subbing this project for non-Mandarin speaking ISWAK II/They Kiss Again fans~

This was such a highly anticipated drama and the first episode (to me) did not disappoint~

I see where the netizens who complained about the bed scenes are coming from, but Zhi Shu and Xiang Qin are married!

This is at the top of my TWDrama list right now~ <3

?...I don't know what this means, but if you mean is there a hardsub rule...there is not, no one is obligated to do anything. It's a fansub, therefore anything they do is on their free time WITHOUT getting paid. Want a hardsub?...do it by yourself, you probably could have done it by now

@ vancoland
If you don't know what tooni meant, why would you attack her assuming she had said the worst possible thing ever? Even if that is what she meant there's no reason to bite her head off...
vancoland wrote:Want a hardsub?...do it by yourself, you probably could have done it by now

There is absolutely no reason to be so mean. Be nicer. I'm certain you weren't as "knowledgeable" as you are right now. BTW, if you bother reading her post in full, you'll notice the comment she made about her having a MAC and having subtitle problems. Unless you'd like to paint Google red with a bunch of MAC based subtitling programs, you can't possibly expect her to hardsub it herself.

@tooni
Sorry, but assuming I know what you mean, there is no rule requiring a fansubber to release hardsubs after they've released softsubs. You will have to wait until somebody decides to release hardsubs. You may also wish to do more research on using softsubs on a MAC. Good luck.

lol...I think I was pretty nice already...if you call that mean, then you must visit other threads. And since you're a mod, you should know the d-addict way of biting other peoples heads when someone asks for more subs. There could only be one explanation to her post...but her sentence structure is screwed up in 2 different places.

Mind you I was much more knowledgeable to ask if "theres a rule a fansubber must post hardsubs"...this is logical, fansubbers don't have to do anything. There's multiple ways of hardsubbing...maybe research before you try to tell me off. And I also own a pc and a mac.

And Trance...don't get me wrong, I love your contribution to this community, but I think others should be able to think for themselves. Telling someone to read the FAQ is much more helpful then a simple no.

you know what's really sad about your post? the fact that you not only read tooni's question wrong, but you also failed to reread it after being called out on your response and even quoted her incorrectly...
she's basically asking if the subbers have a set rule on how long they take between softsub and hardsub releases...
this is not a question worth receiving a response such as yours...
this also isn't the first time you've pounced on people in such a fashion and it's just plain unnecessary...
it is NOT the d-a way to bite people's heads off for asking a simple question and on d-a it shouldn't be yours either...
try to treat other people with a bit more respect, please... :blink

Intangible FS will be releasing the hardsubs (our own subs version not using the subs here) soon this week.

Also, desiboy did mention something like he'll make a hardsub and put it up on their site. :-)

So this is what's passing off as the D-Addict way? I'll be sure to watch for such posts more closely in the future.

vancoland wrote:And Trance...don't get me wrong, I love your contribution to this community, but I think others should be able to think for themselves. Telling someone to read the FAQ is much more helpful then a simple no.

Context is the key. Again, read the full post. The post basically said "Please help, I have a question." It wasn't "gib m3 subz. i dun read FAQ iz 2 l0ng!"

Sorry to Intangible FS for the thread hijacking. Good luck on the rest of this series.

Does anyone know of any clubbox links for the series? (Or rumors of people who will?)

Hello,

Animesoftsubs is going to continue releasing softsubs here on d-addicts and hardsubs on their own site.

IFS will be releasing hardsubs here on d-addicts. Hope this answer helps. :-)

Sorry for the thread jack...and I hope these posts gets deleted later.

@Ironicwave
you know what's really sad about your post?

No, I don't get it...so you're saying you could read her broken english better than me and explain what she means?...I think we both came from assumptions. This is how I look at it: "do you guys have rules on how many day after soft-sub release before you have to release hardsub?" Assuming that she was talking about d-addict rules since only d-addicts set rules we must abide by...it would be rude to ask that questions for subbers. If I was a subber, I wouldn't like other people telling me that there should be a rule where I have to hardsub....it certainly came off that way to me.

I have been here long enough to see projects get dropped and projects delayed due to stupid questions...and yes, I have answered those questions in worst ways...you guys have been here long enough to see the same. Do I really mean bad?...No, I want the subbing project to go as smoothly as possible, I'm not here to be polite to the stupids who don't read or have common sense.

It's not the d-addict way to bite people's heads off for simple questions you say?..."how long are the next subs going to take", "wherez da subs", "how come you guys aren't done yet...it already aired 20 minutes ago"...I don't think you could count the number of times people asked these questions, only to get chewed out.

again, sorry for the interuption, I checked out the first episode and the subs were great.

Hey everyone. I guess the whole hardsub issue is bringing up some issues so I thought I would clear it up. We will be releasing a hardsub on our main site www.animesoftsubs.com. It is actually done but I am having trouble uploading it as I am on vacation and the internet in the country that I am staying is too choppy to upload a 300 mb file. :)

?...I don't know what this means, but if you mean is there a hardsub rule...there is not, no one is obligated to do anything. It's a fansub, therefore anything they do is on their free time WITHOUT getting paid. Want a hardsub?...do it by yourself, you probably could have done it by now

You gone me all wrong here, i ask about rules since the subteam said it gonna be out later.

and what i was wondering is ; do they have rules that said 1 week or 2 week befor hardsub come out after softsub?

i know many subteams have like 1 week between the release of soft and hard. and no one is allow to release hardsub befor that time. It was just a qustion about their subteam´s rules. im not bitching about the hardsub,

i know better to ask for sub when is not ready, since i have been on subteam befor.

sorry for the broking english, but i dont get how u can think i ask them to HAVE TO do hardsub...since in the first the subteam have said that : there will be hardsub release later on.

@tooni
Sorry, but assuming I know what you mean, there is no rule requiring a fansubber to release hardsubs after they've released softsubs. You will have to wait until somebody decides to release hardsubs. You may also wish to do more research on using softsubs on a MAC. Good luck.

thank you, i use VLC on most soft sub really but there is none for .rmbv .......since vobsub is not program for MAC there is no way for MAC to play .rmbv with sub.

i have stay up all night on the release day to find way to paly .rmbv with sub on mac and the most forum said there is no program for MAC at the moment.

you know, i'm really tired of playing "ring around the argument rosies" with you...
you've now been asked by two mods in fairly mild terms to tone down your unfriendly behaviour and this is not an issue up for discussion, got it?

I have nothing else to say to you until you actually bother to read full posts instead of skimming to come up with your next argument to defend yourself.

This thread has been off topic long enough. Any other off topic messages get deleted without warning.
