Would really like to get the subs tho, they can be uploaded directly to the forum instead of being hosted externally?
Oh I see it is the earn money on links thigy, the first one that is, and for it to work there is a load of JavaScript in work... and then it is a zip.
http://paroissien.free.fr/mov/adref/Gho ... issien.zipI appreciate all work done for subbing J-Dorama, but i remember a time when things was shared without the sharer being "greedy"
FanSubs shuld stay just that FanSubs. If you feel you need something else to provide subs to the masses, and maybe even getting money (for someone elses work) then I feel you are in the wrong place.
(Sorry but have stayed quite for far to long about similar things and now it all came out at once)
First link is still working here.
Second link does not have exe virus whatsoever, you're supposed to wait 5 seconds and click on the "Skip Ads" button on the upper right side after that.
Are we talking about the same thing here?
If eric wants us to click a few ads to support his translation, why not?
I'll be happy to do it as long as we get a subs for it and the ads are not that intrusive.
Unlike 'some' people who throwing tantrum when their subs gets shared on streaming sites and letting the drama subs project died halfway through. If they care about ethics and legality they shouldn't translate the thing in the first place.
Hi Wakashimazu,
While i agree and appreciate most your comment above, your ending it with "If they care about ethics and legality ... " is a passive aggressive angle.
I very much care about ethics and legality, my subs are a product i sweat to give birth to, entirely original, culture builder, that bestows a fresh breath and excellent new value to the drama i sub, bridging the gap between two cultures, the Japanophone and the Anglophone; i earn about $1 for each movie/drama i sub, mostly from donations from people who value the cultural input.
Each of my subs is filled like an egg with my 20 years + close contact relationship with Japan and their people, in a simple translated cue like "he doesn't play with the team" i convey a concept that took me years to understand about Japan as a Frenchman; and many people discover a whole universe by being explained Japan through adapted subs.
A strict translation would be explaining situations only to a Japanese person very fluent in English but my adaptations convey it to both the Zulu tribes in Africa and to the French deep countryside folks my parents originated from.
Thank you for caring guys,
Eric
