Aegisub Sub Position

Postby Engelchen18 » Wed Oct 20, 2010 9:26 pm

I know how you can change the position of all Subs on a hardsubbing programm but how can you change just 3-4 sentences? so that only 3-4 sentences are on the top and the rest on the bottom?
You can change that in Aegisub or Subtitle Workshop?

There are two ways to do this.

1) Create a new style in the Style Manager where the alignment/position is different than the default one and set the lines to the newly created style.

2) add \an#(as in the numbers position from number keypad 2 is bottom/5 is center/8 is top) to the front of the sentences that you to posiition. \pos(X,Y) can fine tune the positioning. X and Y are positions away from the \an point.
