Postby las7h0p3 » Thu Oct 09, 2008 6:37 pm

Hey all,

Can someone tell me how to stretch/shrink subtitles in aegisub ?

And something like this...

This probably should have went in the fansubbing section.

I'm not a real good typesetter so all I can suggest is fiddling around with templates and different tags.
Honey, honey, honey...

Read the aegisub manual, or post at their forum, not over here. This is a forum for fansubbers to release their subtitles, and that's all. They have a lot of information at the aegisub forum if you get stuck, and I've found that google is definitely my friend with these things.

{\fscx500} and {\fscy500} will stretch the subtitles in x and y axis respectively while the value 500 is variable. As for karaoke, you should really read some documentation before creating some karaoke effects.

Yup, and it looks like there are some movements too, perhaps some rotating as well. Hard to tell from a single picture though.

It'd be better to start making karaokes from something simple..
