Tetsuji Tamayama makes me giddy.

Does anyone know if he's still planning on playing Takumi in Nana 2? With the large amount of bedroom scenes that are supposed to happen, I'm not sure if he's that type of actor. What kind of roles does he normally take on?

There needs to be more discussion about Tetsuji.

He is quite a looker and actor and it does suprise me he's not getting that great of a fanbase here. Give him more love, people!!!

i only saw him in NANA though.. he played a small part but i heard there is going to be a sequal for the movie, if the cast didn't change, i think we will see more of him as Takumi .. can't wait

Wow. I'm so happy to find a forum wher I can talk about all my drama obsessions!!! Whee~~~

Anyway, I've only recently got into Brother Beat because I rely highly on English subtitles, and Nemui subs was kind enough to pick this project up and has only recently finished subbing episode 10 (haven't seen 11 yet, although I am anxiously awaiting).

Like as soon as I started watching Brother Beat, Tetsuji caught my eye. I was like huminna huminna. I'm so glad I took my friend's advice (after a year) to watch this! I was previously obsessed with Hana Yori Dango, and my friend was saying that he thought Brother Beat was waaay better, and although I can't agree, I do think that Brother Beat has more eyecandy. I'm just imagining Tetsuji as Rui or something, then Momokichi as Doumyouji *wipes nosebleed and drool*.

I used to like MatsuJun, like as of a week ago, because i found him charming (although I never found him particularly attractive). Now I'm sold to Tamayama-sama!!

Previous actors I've liked for looks:

and now
TAMAYAMA TETSUJI.

I'm so happy that I was finally able to buy Heaven's Bookstore DVD today!
It was out of stock at a few places and I didn't think I'd be able to get a copy, but I did end up getting one!!! (Has English subtitles too!!).
I can't wait.

Tetsuji is pure love.

And Crimson Dreamer, thanks for the link, but I've already saved all the nice photos of Tetsuji there! I like clean-shaven Tetsuji only, though...and mid-lengthed hair. The super short and super long hair don't do it for me.

Tetsuji is so underrated...he deserves more attention than those Johnny's boys. He's much hotter & more talented than most of them. He first caught my eye in Heaven's Bookstore and I was like.....ooohh, "Who's he??" He was such a hottie in that movie, but he looked even better in Brother Beat. I thought Tetsuji looked better than Mokomichi in the drama, although he was cute too. For the split second that he was in Nana, I was drooling over him like a little fangirl.

However, in Nana 2 he didn't look as good, maybe because his character was such an a**. Nevertheless, I'm a big Tetsuji fan & I can't wait to watch his new dramas & movies!

Tetsuji is really really really hot. It upsets me that he is soo underrated cause he is a really good actor. And yeah, a lot of the Johnny's guys arent even as good as him.

I thought he was soo cute in NANA2 ...he made it so hard to dislike Takumi cause he looks hot with long hair

. I also saw Tegami (The Letter)...sad movie. But every TamaTetsu fan should really watch Brother Beat. I saw NANA, Brother Beat, and The Letter at www.cruchyroll.com and Nana2 at youtube.

i have to admit, i watched NANA 2 just for him, since i heard it wasn' t as good as the first one...and i thought Takumi came off not so bad in the movie. (he's worse in the manga/anime)

Honestly he was my favorite character! poor guy no one was trying to help him while he tried to help everyone...i guess he did well hiding it... but i was shocked at the end..well i guess he died after trying to commite suicide..but i dont think he wanted to die after it.

..i cried sooooo much! i didnt think i would but i felt sooooo bad for his character....He loved Nakaji, and that never even crossed my mind....lol..i also felt sad for the cheif actually..i guess she probably did love him. ..I wish he didnt die!!! or else the drama would have been SUPURB!!!

...and i actually think he looks very hot with his facial hair and thats definately not somethign asian men look good with...but he look hella sexy!!!
