Was there ever a J-drama based off 3 men & a baby?

hi all - i have a question - there were two American movies made a loooooong time ago called 3 men and a baby - and then 3 men and a little lady.
i know there is a Korean Drama called One Mom and Three Dads - that is based off the movie theme and i just found a Taiwanese Drama called Happy 300 Days - which is also similar in concept.

did they ever make a Japanese Drama based around this concept?
if they did let me know - i'd like to check it out -- i enjoyed the K-drama and i'm almost done with the TW-drama and so far i like both series - i just think it'd be neat if there was a J-drama like this too

I don't know if it's based on those movies, but there is a drama called Hito ni Yasashikuthat sounds like a somewhat similar premise.

well it does have three guys and a kid -- but all the other dramas based off the US movies - are really similar to the movie
the plot basis in all of them are basically about a girl who is pregnant and ends up living with 3 guys who fall for her and want to take care of her through the pregnancy and then be with the girl romantically and raise the kid (but for the most part all three guys end up acting in a sense as the father)

this J-drama doesn't appear to have any female lead or a romantic comedy twist to it - so i don't think this J-drama is based off of the romantic comedy

i don't think the Japanese have made a drama quite like this yet -- for example here are the other Asian based ones:

notice how the photos are similar too - so my guess is the photo for a similar J-drama will be like these
