I was looking for the jpn subs of 5時から9時まで, and it looks like none of the Fall 2015 subs are on the site - will they be archived as well? Does anyone else have backups of 5時から9時まで?

I was also wondering about MARS - is it being captured?

I have the files until December 12, if nobody has a better backup (can't attach all due to file size).

I got a backup up to January 4th 2016. If you are a subber and are in need of any from the 2015 Fall season (October-December), send me a PM and I'll check if I've got it.

Anyone happen to have the last episode 5→9~私に恋したお坊さん~#10.srt? I'm considering putting up some batch torrents with finished shows with timed Japanese subtitles, I think this would be a good way to give something back to the community.

Anyone who knows some japanese can actually help with this. All you need is Aegis-sub

http://www.aegisub.org/

Each episode usually one have 4-5 breaks for commercials, so you usually just use "timing > shift times >" and set in between 30 seconds to 2.30 min break, and maybe cut out some CM lines from the dialogue. It takes maybe 5-10 minutes to "time" most of .srt files in the jpsubbers liberary, since they are mostly done already.

If you want to be fancy you can also use VLC to repackage the video and srt file in a MKV container.

edit: also interested in japanese subs for 偽装の夫婦(gisou no fuufu) if they ever was released. Can't find them in the jpsubbers database.

For some reason, the subtitle index linked at the top isn't updated regularly, have a look here: threadindex/#Japanese

Hey guys, one quick question:
Since I found this website jpsubbers.web44.net I have been downloading my favorite drama's subtitles but just recently I realized this year's completed dramas subtitles are gone. For instance, a few weeks ago I was downloading 家族のカタチ subtitles but once the drama was finished the subtitles disappeared.(the subtitles were in the main page because the drama was ongoing) Do any one knows where are the subs?

Kazoku no Katachi (I've seen the original title being 家族ノカタチ).
It could maybe be because the 2016 Winter drama season (January-March) ended, and the 2016 Spring drama season (April-June) begun, and they haven't moved it to the completed mains folder yet.

Japanese and English subtitles.

Thank you for the reply but did you spend 10 seconds to see that there is not @2016 folder in to the mains folder? therefore all the 2016's completed series are gone.

Have asked jpsubbers, waiting for reply.

There seems to be no content on mediacrit (source for scripts) as well though. Might be the airing didn't contain any subtitles.

Doctor Chousahan is also missing from the list. The script is available at Mediacrit though.

Good Partner is available with Chinese and Japanese hardsubs here.

It has happened now more than once i can find subs there... and - since they're the best source - i really can't find it anywhere.

Subtitles for episodes that aired today and yesterday (Boku no Yabai Tsuma, Sekai Ichi Muzukashii Koi, Juuhan Shuttai -- perhaps more) appear to be just empty srt-files. Just so you know.

Have informed jpsubbers, hopefully can be recovered.
Meantime hopefully scripts for those episodes can be found on mediacrit http://o.x0.com/m/その他の機能

Edit:
I have been informed that the files are all fine and not empty. The issue is being investigated.

Just curious about the subtitles for the BS stations. I have been looking around everywhere for the Japanese subtitles for "Kamogawa Shokudou" but feeling no luck at all.

Will the subtitles for these available elsewhere?

Thank in advance for any help.

i've been told the files are fine, it could be a hosting issue but I'm not so sure.

Episodes from yesterday (Nezumi, Doctor Car, etc.) are empty too. It's good to know that it's not a problem from the recording side.

Any news about jpsubbers uploading Japanese subs for Busujima? I'm interested in subbing the drama, but need the Japanese subs. Watched the first episode and there were some parts I couldn't understand. Other than that, the drama is quite interesting.

my guess is the storage space is full, and that's what might have been causing the empty files.
and the only solution might be to remove old files.

however, i'm still waiting for a reply.

global total of all srt files is ~500MB; the hoster says: "1500MB Disk Space".
if it's actually: "out-of-space" that would raise some serious questions about the 1500MB claim. but it might also be that the alotted inodes (~# of files that can be stored) has a limit...
anyhow, to avoid removing files: if finished shows are packed into archives like rar or 7z(can handle utf8 dir-/filenames and is free on linux) that would save space/inodes and keep them available
or insert them all into the offered mysql-db. Not the standard way to host files, but who cares as long as its working, right?
.
furransu, thanks for keeping us updated, please convey my gratitude to the jpsubbers. (PM if help is needed to do the changes)

(don't worry a complete copy of the site exists.)
I guess it's just temporary to pinpoint the problem

No jsub for Dekishina #3?

Postby lullabye » Tue May 03, 2016 12:36 pm

I'm one of the subbers for Yukkuri fansubs. When I went to jsubs, there's a listing for the 3rd episode, but the link opens up empty. Any help would be appreciated.

Some of the subtitles from April 26th and onwards appears to be missing.

Unfortunately it didn't air with subtitles, so I don't think you'll be able to find them.

Looks like some 2010 subtitles also came back, but the last files of Ryoumaden are empty.

Hello,

I am looking for japanese subs of NHK drama "Totto TV" with Hikari Mistushima. Broadcast started end of april.

As it is a NHK drama, subs must have been broadcast as well.

Cheers

The scripts for Totto Terebi can be found at mediacrit, don't seem to be at jpsubbers. Also seems jpsubbers missed episode 9 of Good Partner.

http://jpsubbers.web44.net/ seems down atm. If there are current working mirrors, it would be nice to have them in the first post of this thread.

Edit: Both http://jsubbers.6srv.com/Japanese-Subtitles/ and http://exdicts.comeze.com/Japanese-Subtitles/ (including the rescue db) seem down as well.

It appears that the index isn't updating with new shows? Subtitles for shows that aired over the last 2-3 days (Juken no Cinderella, Suki na Hito ga iru Koto, ON, Sei Sei Suru Hodo Aishiteru) aren't available (yet).

Yes, I was curious about the same thing. I've picked up Suki na Hito ga iru Koto tentatively and have started subbing off a Chinese/Japanese hardsub. Are there any other sources available?

jpsubbers is missing episodes of Toto Neechan.
Episode 081 is missing completely.
Episodes 085 and 086 have no data in them although episodes from 087 to 090 are complete.

How to I get this information to them?

Thanks, but the first is still down, and the second doesn't look up to date. At least the main site is up again.

Regarding that, I guess removing 2010 files was done for space reasons, but while last season's new dramas were moved into a subdirectory (though not under @mains/@2016), some others were deleted completely (Rー17, のだめカンタービレ, トリック3rd, 不信のとき~ウーマン・ウォーズ, 孤独のグルメ1st, 富豪刑事デラックス, 花より男子1st, and 恋仲/恋仲#02.srt, some of those are duplicates though).

I've stopped updating http://exdicts.comeze.com/Japanese-Subtitles/ at some point
because I ran into a strange disk-space-error, which prevented me from adding new subtiltles and which I had/have no time to debug.
a mod should mark it as stale.

I'm currently timing subtitles for Asa ga Kuru (朝が来る) and noticed Jpsubbers don't have episode 4. I'd be very happy if someone would happen to have them.
