I think my first works of Nakai Kiichi that I watched was 'Kaze no Garden'. He won Best Actor for that. Looking from his profile, he is quite common in NHK's Taiga too.

Soredemo Ikite Yuku is sooo underrated by it's rating! Wish it can be like Mother in 2010, taken the season by storm, whilst it was never expected to do so. Both dramas have the same writer and solid performance. Maybe even better because SIY tells the story by its body language too.
