And the administrator of aja-aja explains that there ARE popups, and explains the switch...

Why cant they kiss, why must they look like two dead fish being force to kiss lord, there were dramas that would have been perfect if it wasnt for the lousy kiss or lack of passion, sometimes i get so turned off by the lack of any chemistry between main leads in a drama that i drop it. i dont need ...

Re: Enka no Joou Subtitle Errors

What appears to be causing the problems is the "font" tags (size, color etc..). So I just removed those tags for my own use, and now all players are happy with them. Hardware based players will likely also go bananas when they encounter the font tags. That makes me wonder what kind of app...

groink - I've always assumed that exposure to Japanese television and music is fairly high in Hawaii, is that a fair assessment? While we have a large Japanese community in Southern California, I don't think in-language entertainment has much reach beyond the community itself. Some Hawaii history. ...

We have an unofficial Japanese drama club of sorts on Oahu. Four or five of us meet at Aki-no-no (Ito Yuna's parents' restaurant) every Friday night. Nothing organized - just fans of Japanese culture. But lately, we've been meeting at other restaurants, and at times sticking to IM and Twitter becaus...

A HELPFUL REMINDER TO ALL....

I just now downloaded ep7. Ran a SHA1 check, and it matches the checksum in the first post. And the file has problems at the spots specified earlier. So the original file is definitely corrupted. But I wouldn't blame the original uploader, seeing the SHA1 was calculated by the Japanese uploader who ...

I believe the MD5 checksum is in the first post of this topic. Check it against your download to see if it is corrupt.

Isn't it because most Japanese have moved on to cable TV? I've read in several places that cable TV, pay TV, etc. are the cause for the overall drop in terrestrial TV ratings.

I'm okay because I'm using an anti script program and it stops anything that try to pop up or re direct unless I enable it too.....you guys should try anti script programs for the browser you use. Although I do agree that at the end you need to protect your arse, it does hurt aja-aja.com somewhat. ...
