I have waited all day to watch ep 11 and overstream.net is down, so that means mysou.com ISWAK 2 ep 11 is not working either. What am I going to do??? Does anyone else know where I can get ep 11 with eng subs??

There is a group subbing this now, they have subbed the first two episodes. Both episodes are being seeded now. You need to look up 'They Kiss Again' to find the episodes.

I'm not sure about mysoju.com but you can watch the episodes on overstream.net with English subtitles.

Oddly enough no one is posting these episodes on d-addicts, other than IFS. They have only translated the first two episodes so far. You may need to head over to another forum to get torrents (rmvb) for this show (non-subbed).
