Synopsis
Set in the Tang Dynasty, A Chinese Ghost Story is a love story seven lifetimes in the making...

The founder of the famous Taoist Xuan Xin sect predicted that the lord of demons and the demonic empire would one day conquer the entire human race. To do this the demons would somehow need to harness the power of the anger and bitterness of the Star-Crossed Lovers of Seven Lifetimes (Qi Shi Yue Lu) whose origins are shrouded in mystery. Protectors of good, the Xuan Xin sect vow to stop the evil demonic empire. They create the Lovers of Seven Lifetimes in the hopes of using the strength of their true love to counteract the negative energies of the Star-Crossed Lovers and save the world...

Meanwhile, a human scholar named Ning Cai Chen (Daniel Chan) stumbles into a strange village. Cai Chen is a tax/debt collector and therefore unwanted whereever he goes. Seeing that he is unwelcome to spend the night at the local inn, he resolves to conquer his fear of ghosts and camps out at a nearby abandoned temple for the night. It is there that he meets a beautiful fox demon named Nie Xiao Qian (Barbie Xu). He mistakes her at first for a ghost, but Xiao Qian's innocence and optimism win him over and they fall in love. However, Xiao Qian is being held captive at the abandoned temple by the spider demon Mei Ji who uses Xiao Qian and other female demons to lure unsuspecting men into the temple so that Mei Ji can eat them. Xiao Qian and Cai Chen escape Mei Ji only to find out that love between a human and a demon is A LOT more complicated than it seems...

I love this movie, except the two main character. Barbie and Daniel are sometimes pity, funny and very stupid. Nie yuan, i felt sorry for him all the time in the this movie at the beginning til the end. Barbie is great at the beginning, but til half way, i really get annoying from her and dislike her. Not that i have seen this movie right now, i saw it for a long time. but i'm still looking for this movie. Gosh! i should down load the movie from here. hehehe... still i don't like the two main character, i still really like this movie. Especially i like jessica in here more.

I'm grateful to be able to complete the series. But I can't seem to get anything to play the files. Any recommendations?

Wow you have completed it, I'm still downloading the batch file 10 to 20.

Maybe you need to install codec file in order to play. You can google codec and download it, it will take a few minutes to donwload and install.
