Problem torrent file of Kitai Deka Zenigata Rei 12 and 13

I mean, besides being not seeded, I can't make this torrent file work..The bar in bittorrent is always red and I can't get the torrent info panel...I get an error message such as:
"UnicodeDecodeError: "charmap" codec can't decode bit 0x81 in position 179"

In the resister i find:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x81 in position 179: character maps to <undefined>

Damn if i think this series was available and I missed it...I hope somehone will upload or at least reseed it even if in the second case I will have to overcome this error in the bittorrent...
