Hi abcd99,

Thanks for creating February 2008's WSoTM. A Wuxia series poll per month is nice; would love for it to continue beyond February.

The Return of Condor Heroes 1983 - I have not watched ROCH 83 but it is a well known story and should be seen as a classic.

Water Margin - 1 of Four Great Classical Novels, a drama adaption. Watched it 2 years ago, I think it is a nice adaptation though I have not read the actual novel. Worth watching to learn about the characters and story. Would be great if it wins another WSoTM. Roll Eyes

Genius Physician Ti Ying - Watched the first episode or so; was not impressed. But I remember the setting was after Han Dynasty Founder Liu Bang's death and Empress Lu was in power. Would like to watch this drama again as I watched the Conquerer's Story (Liu Bang & Xiang Yu) last year. Actresses Alyssa Chia and Gao Yuan Yuan are additional plus points. Laugh

Chien Lung Dynasty - Historical drama, yet to watch it. Great if it wins another WSoTM. Would like to learn more about Qian Long. Roll Eyes

Young Zhang San Feng - Watched some episodes. Did not like it.

As such, I pick Genius Physician Ti Ying for Feb’s WSoTM.

Too bad for the little/lack of support for historical dramas Water Margin and Chien Lung Dynasty to win. Sad

Return of the Condor Heroes! Andy Lau before his movie career took off!

(I watched him in so many movies in the early 90s... I can't wait to see his early work!)

Sorry it took me a few days to get started -- I can't seed on the weekends or my husband gets very sad because I'm using all the bandwidth while he's trying to play his MMORPG. But I've started seeding now, and I'll be able to run until late tonight! (And all the rest of the week...)
