She's the one who's subbing the episodes, except episodes 23-26. Episodes 23-26 are subbed by BNS. They subbed only these episodes since chikara21 was away for a month. You can find them in their forum:

But to download the episodes that BNS subbed, first you need to create a account there and you have to post like 10 times or more to have access to the download links.
