Here is the last edition of M-1 Grand Prix i found on japanese p2p networks.
Credits goes to whoever captured and uploaded this show to winny.

The M-1 Grand Prix (or Manzai-1) is a live competition that was create in 2001 to elect the best manzai combi there is. It comes only once a year and is usually held on Christmas night. Like Shimada Shinsuke said himself: "We don`t give prizes to the others because we are only here to honor the best 1, that`s the point of this!"
And so 9 manzai duos that are less than 10 years old (the duos having been formed within the last 10 years at the time of the event), selected through various stages out of over thousands of people, will battle in this ultimate one night, one chance match to win fame and 10,000,000yen! (100 000$)
7 judges will give points for each of the first round neta and only the top 3 will stay on to the final stage. In the final stage, the points of the first round do not matter anymore, only the best neta will win!
Sit back and be ready for laughter `cause this is a battle of the best newcomers!
*** Note that I mention the judges because they are all basically Manzai legends! They are the ones that made manzai what it is now! ^^

| I hate owarai groups that just talk really fast and shout, thinking that would make things funny - it doesn't. I don't get most Japanese humor but the winner of this competition definitely deserved it!! Both of their skits were funny.

indeed, there is a typo in that web page. the correct command is "regsvr32 " plus each file

to zita and all other members still trying to get the video to play,
you can simply follow the link that jirudiman mentioned in the very first post.
Download the codecs and paste all 7 files into your ....\WINDOWS\System32\ folder
Then go Start > Run > type cmd
And you start entering the 4 little commands the website mentions.
all the directions there are basically correct, except for the little typo regsvr32.
Note that it's vr rather than rv.
Mmm yea, so an example would be
regsvr32 vgmaudiodecx.ax
and similarly for the other 3 files
