How fast is your upload speed?

Im at my university dorm, so I get around 150kB upload speed.

i got slow dsl so my max upload speed is about 16 kB/s. My max download is "supposedly" 80 kB/s.

I place my max upload speed at 40 kbps, but usually it's lower... Big Smile

let's see my max upload is around 90KB/s..but since have 4 comps on network..so usually have to cut it down to 30--40KB/s otherwise all other comps net conn becomes soooooooooooooo slow....then i get yelled at by everyone in the house..

I feel more informed about who has what for internest speeds. There are a lot of folks in my range and hopefully we will all be enjoying faster speeds from our ISPs and soon! Mr. Green

I hope that someday our upload speed won't be such a huge factor in our downloading speed. Does anyone have optimism that this will be the case?

I have a 4MB dl speed with a 512kb ul speed but like most people mine is only uling at around 55kBps and all this is only $39.95/month!

My upload is the basic 128kb up for a Verizon DSL line, but the download is 700 to 800kb. Neutral

On the plus side our area has been earmarked for new Verizon DSL lines with speeds of 5Mb down and 1Mb up. They just completed successful testing in Texas and our city is one the first places to get the service (probably because a Verizon Company building resides here, or maybe the Verizon people love Raytheon, Lockheed, or ITT.)
