I think this torrent may be a preview/advertisement. Most of the text seems to be about some kind of "Nodame Combi" product at a 100 yen shops. (100 yen shops are like dollar stores.) Both Ueno Juri and Tamaki Hiroshi are mentioned. I can't tell if this is a video about them visiting a 100 yen shop or a product at the shops or both. I wish my Japanese were better.
At any rate, it's only 21:20 long, so it can't be the actual special.

The SP will air on Friday and Saturday ( yes, 2 parts ).
This .torrent file is about a PR (promotion) appearance Juri and Tamaki made in a very popular comedy tv show here in Japan called "Haneru no Tobira" (presented by the comedy duo King-Kong amongst others).
Don't know if this is the whole show but if it is you can also watch Inoue Mao making an appearance on the 1st segment of the show.

hanerunotobira is a japanese variety show... they invited the two main of Nodame to advertise the nodame special and join in on that hanetobi segment/game...
anyhow kinda sad that you only put up only half of it....
finally found hanerunotobira but wish you put up the whole new year special... -_-

It's kind of funny watching Ueno and Tamaki try to guess which items are 100 yen and which are worth much (much) more. The premise is something like "The Price is Right" but not for real. That is, I don't think Ueno would fork over those 10,000 yen notes so readily if they were really hers. Each of the players tries to pick the cheapest remaining thing on the table. Except Ueno always seemed to pick the expensive ones, and I couldn't tell if it was on purpose. The whole point is to poke fun of housewives shopping in 100 yen shops trying to decide if their purchase is a deal.
