I know this was 10 days ago but if you're still waiting for an answer:
-can you please list the file sizes for each of the VOB files?
-are you burning as a "DVD-Video" compilation?

03stsin,
When you open Nero Burning Rom, you should get a pop up that says "New Compilation". Because you want to burn .VOB files, you will need to use DVD-Video. Do NOT use DVD-Rom(ISO) as that will just be a Data DVD. Anyways, after you click on DVD-Video(on the left side), click New, and drag and drop all the files in the VIDEO_TS folder(Nero should automatically be in the folder).
