bin/cue files can be burnt off to cd using "burn image file" of any recording software and then played on standalone dvd/svcd/vcd player or on your pc using your desired multimedia player (that supports SVCD mpeg2 format).

Alternatively, you could use "virtual cd-rom" drives such as http://www.daemon-tools.cc to "mount" the image, and then again use your desired multimedia player to view the file.

You could also extract the mpeg using various tools such as vcdgear or isobuster. I'd recommend the virtual cd-rom drive for viewing on your pc though.

Su Chi speaks cantonese, Song Seung Heon speaks Korean, and Vicky Zhou speaks mandarin. In most HK movies (and tw drama), basically all the actors speak their native language, and then they dubbed when necessary. For example, Vicky and Seung Heon's voices are dubbed.
