Friendly tip lang guys:
Make sure the subs will be in proper and correct English and not the casual English that Pinoys use these days. It's sad to say, I'm Filipino too but the English standard of today has degraded tremendously. I suggest looking for an editor too that can correct grammar etc... No insults meant but remember these subs will be released internationally. If they're not correct... nakakahiya! Philippine pride my dears!! We've had enough jokes and comments about our race lately. It's about time we (in our own way) show people what Filipinos are made of. We don't just write ransom notes.

Good news! Since we now got better raws for Marimar, we will be posting Marimar as our first D-Addicts project. Sana Maulit Muli will be the second. Besides, we have to look for decent raws anyway--until then we would focus on Marimar.
When we bump on a really nice raw for SMM, then we'll start this project.

She's 4 and at home, we speak to her in Tagalog..and last month, my family went for a vacation in the Phil and now that she's back..she's wayyy better than in the video. Now, her tagalog is really straight.

guys alam nyo ba? you know what? fahrenheit is slowly invading the Philippines...hahaha.. I'm happy because ABS-CBNis sharing the love to all the filipinos and they are also going to launch the taiwan drama series "hua yang shao nian shao nu" or known as "hana kimi" on march 24, only on abs-cbn channel 2

i agree with what kimigirl posted. sad to say, even prestigious universities in the country have students who speak barbaric english because of the "taglish" trend (collegialas refer to this as "konyo"... ex. "make tusok-tusok the fishball" LOL). this was also evident in the Binibining Pilipinas 2008 pageant. (visit youtube for details hehe)
it's nice to know that Filipino dramas are getting appreciated the way we filipinos like jap/chi/kor dramas. Sana Maulit Muli is a good drama. although Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson could've done better acting-wise, it was pretty good considering it was their first acting stint. i've read somewhere that this was going to be aired in taiwan too, with the title "Chances". see this youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhcGvhn7Bws
anyways, i want to help out with the filipino dramas =D i'm fluent in Filipino and English, so if you need an extra translator, maybe i can lend you guys a hand. but i am working so i might not be able to help you out 100% all of the time. hehehehe ^.^v
oh, and refering to the post before me, GMA7 will also air Hana Kimi (the JDORAMA) on March 24 =D i wonder if they will both have the same timeslot...? crazy!

i like the one with kim and gerald... that's more interesting than the choices above... anyways how do you do that subbing thingy??? hope i can learn lolz... it good that there are persons who are interested in subbing our own dramas... i just hope abs-cbn and gma would produce more "high quality" dramas rather than just buying broadcasting rights of k-j-c-t-dramas

Pangarap na Bituin ( Dream of Star) ...... i consider it's " Dream of Starlight" juts what i thought in english. I am so addcited to asian series esp. korean. It will be wonderful to show to the other nations our work. I really appreciate it guys!
