Hi everyone,
Recently, i have a headache with the stupid vista. i just got a new desktop, at first i installed the firefox 1 (the older version), it worked fine. And i used the internet explorer to download all video files from clubbox. It worked fine. I don't understand...recently, withs2 clubbox didn't work anymore. It just said "unable to connect". But my internet explorer works fine. THen i started download newer version of firefox in order for me to download clubbox. All of sudden, the firefox didn't work too. It just said "unable to connect". I tried everything to make it work, but it still didn't. I believe there's something in my computer that block me. BUt again, internet explorer still works fine.
Please help me!!!! I'm almost losing a lot of hair due to this. Well, thank you so much in advance.

| Hey, I don't think firefox 2 is compatible with clubbox. I have tried it also it doesn't work for me. Just keep using internet explorer 7 to download stuff from the clubbox.

using internet explorer for clubbox worked at first, but now it had the same problem just like firefox. It is unable to connect to internet. That's why i'm frustrated with that.

| Did you install any new programs recently that might have caused this program? You said that the clubbox doesn't work with either browser now. But you are still able to access the internet and do everything else on the net except the clubbox. Am i correct?

I couldn't recall much for what i have installed in my computer lately. But as i checked, i think Nero 7 was the one that i installed recently.
And yes, clubbox doesn't work for both browser. But i can still access internet and do everything else on my internet explorer only, not the mozilla.
When i get in the clubbox, i click yes and ready to download. And the browser pop up, but it freezes, the page went blank and pop up "unable to connect". How is that happen??? It was fine a week ago, but now it isn't.
FYI, i'm using window vista.

| Do you have any spyware and malware software programs installed on your computer? You might need to run those programs just in case to see if spyware or malware is affecting the clubbox performance. For the mozilla, you might have to reinstall the browser. Also check if you have your router and firewall all configure to your program. They could also block peer to peer programs. If those don't work try the window's system restore to a date before the problem began. See if you those work for you. [/i]
