AHH! I can't wait! I'm downloading the RAW now!!
I'm not sure if this was mentioned in your post.. but are you going to be providing both hardsubs and soft subs?
I can live without subs because my mandarin is pretty good.. but it would be nice to have them. :]

No, that is the recruitment tread. This is the sub thread. It will be moved in to the sub section when we start releasing subs. I just put this thread up early because it's a join project. It helps both teams start in sync.
Also, YDY normally doesn't come out until a few days after icefish. The translators will start work with the icefish versions but it will be timed and hardsubbed to YDY.

thank you for the info... i thought that was the official thread, but i guess this is...
id help but im a bonehead, im not very good on the computer, i dont know the whole subbing process but id like to know so i could contribute back... good thing ill be taking Mandarin classes, thatll be of great help....

Wow! Your first post, and already your asking for subs for something that hasn't even been available for 24 hours yet... In fact it only aired in Taiwan about 15 hours ago. Sorry to disappoint you but it takes longer that 15 hours to make subs.
Just be patient. DoReMii and Intangible strive to produce quality subs not fast subs. Fast ones will usually suck. Just keep in mind that it will take a lot of our teams time and effort... probably a little more than normal dramas because, damn! are those episodes long. The episodes are 1hr and 20min. each.
And to Superkyle: There are a few jobs that don't require computer skills. Like editors. As long as you know English grammar pretty well and can type, you can edit. DoReMii also has a team of uploaders who upload to veoh and DDLs and stuff like that... granted, most of them are also encoders, they don't have to do both.  I love my uploaders. They make my life so much easier... I used to be the one in charge of uploading a majority of things.
So there are things you could do if you really wanted to help.

Only the IceFish raw is out. Go find it in the WWL discussion thread. (and I accidentally double-posted there, too.) I think it's on the 4th page... or something.
If you just want to download raws in general, the best places to look for them are at:
bt.ydy.com (for good, newer shows)
bt.icefish.org (for newer shows, hours after broadcast... very fast)
btchina.net (for older ones)
