Only New X Man episodes 1,2,8 & 9 are available for download because they are the only ones that have been translated yet...
you can get them all HQ on Veoh.com

***FOR EVERYONE IN THIS POST***
All the X-Man episodes that are available for download (this also goes for LoveLetter, Goldfish, Jiwhaza and Heroine 6) are on soompi. You can watch the bulk of them on Veoh and Youtube some subbed some not. If you're looking to download i'd recommend using Veoh as it's easier and most if not all the videos are HQ. Only thing is you need to register with them (it's free don't worry), download their player and you must make sure you have all the right codecs so that you're able to watch the videos. I usually just watch them all via the folder they are located in within my hard-drive (you can find the location of your vids by right clicking on the thumbnail of the video you want to watch in the veoh player and select "find on my computer" (*note: I'm on a Mac and although this feature should be on the menu you see after clicking, i cannot guarantee it will be the same if you are on a PC as i have no tried it). This way I can see the file extensions of each movie and watch it using the correct player (the players you will need: VLC player, DivX, Quicktime, and WMV). The bulk of the movies on veoh are AVI (VLC Player) and WMV.
Downloading from soompi can be somewhat difficult. Most of the episodes are soft subbed (this means the subs are separate files that need to be added on to the movie after it's downloaded..which would mean you have to add them on yourself and as someone that's attempted it, let me just say it's a big pain in the butt), and you're also not guaranteed the quality of the movie file itself.
I'd recommend just searching for the already subbed LQ versions on Youtube.
The people at soompi are STILL subbing these videos and they will not stop until they are all fully subbed, it just takes a very long time. so either we must find some korean friends willing to help us sub ourselves or just be very very patient :o(
If you know what you're doing and can soft sub some of the movies please do so and upload to veoh so we can download. I will try my best to do some but i'm in college and my classes come first (unfortunately!) so i please have patience with me as well and i will be sure to update you whenever i have any news.
Hwaiting!

^Actually, softsubs aren't a massive pain to use O_o All you have to do is make sure the video and the sub file has the same filename, put them in the same folder, open the video, and the subs'll show up automatically. Not exactly rocket science ^^;;
And New Xman is still being subbed; B.O.N team is working at it, and both softsubs and hardsubbed are going to be released for each episode, so just be patient 8D It'll come out in time on D-addicts.

actually it ISNT all that simple. you have to have a third party subviewer installed first (vobsub for you windows people). and i'm on a mac and have yet to have any program successfully play my movie files with subs. so unless you are familiar with mac OS and know how to help, i will have to write the subs to the file manually.

You don't have to have a third party subviewer installed. GOM player plays it perfectly fine, so does VLC. Or even Mplayer. None of them need vobsub installed, and they DO work for Mac. So yeah.
I have heaps of friends who watch all sorts of videos with softsubs on their Macs, with little problems.
