JAPANESE DRAMA LICENSING LIST
- Every Japanese drama ever made
There you go! I'm not kidding! Fansubbing's definition and attitude over licensing is TOTALLY incorrect. And TBS hitting Crunchyroll with cease/desist letters for shows like Hana Yori Dango and Ikebukuro West Gate Park is a start of a trend you'll see coming soon to other sites like D-Addicts. It doesn't matter whether or not the drama is English subbed, or licensed in the U.S. ALL Japanese AND Korean dramas are licensed by their parent TV networks. And these TV networks have every right to pop out (like TBS did) and shut down uploads.
Like I've always lectured to everyone here - creating a high profile for fansubbed (and even RAWs) on the Internet is basically painting a huge red bullseye on the community. Crunchyroll did it, and now they're forced to shut down hundreds, according to Google, of uploads.
